1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a digital product from YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME, trading as EduShine Digital Store (“we”, “us”, “our”), of YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS.
By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You can contact us at any time at YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL.
2. Our products
We sell digital products delivered as downloads — for example ebooks, PDF guides, spreadsheet templates, planners and prompt packs. Nothing is shipped physically.
Each product page describes what is included, the file formats supplied and who the product is intended for. We aim to describe every product accurately. Screenshots and previews are illustrative; minor differences in layout or formatting between the preview and the delivered file do not make a product faulty.
We may add, change, withdraw or stop selling any product at any time. If we withdraw a product you have already bought, that does not affect your right to keep and use the copy you downloaded.
3. Placing an order
- You select a product and click the purchase button.
- You are taken to Razorpay's secure checkout, where you can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Once your payment is verified you are returned to a confirmation page showing your payment reference, order ID and download, and Razorpay issues a receipt to the email address you gave.
A contract between us is formed when your payment is accepted and we make the product available to you. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a payment is flagged as fraudulent, where a price was displayed incorrectly, or where we reasonably suspect misuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.
You must be at least AGE — e.g. 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy from us.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the price you pay at checkout unless stated otherwise.
- STATE WHETHER PRICES INCLUDE OR EXCLUDE VAT / SALES TAX / GST, AND WHO ACCOUNTS FOR IT. Where your payment provider collects tax on your behalf, say so here.
- Prices can change at any time. A change never affects an order you have already completed.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
- Payment is taken by Razorpay under their own terms. Any currency conversion or fee charged by your bank or card issuer is your responsibility.
5. Delivery and access
Delivery is electronic and immediate: a download link is shown as soon as your payment succeeds. IF YOU ALSO EMAIL THE LINK, SAY SO HERE.
You are responsible for:
- giving a correct email address at checkout;
- having a device and software capable of opening the file formats described on the product page;
- downloading and saving your files. We recommend you keep your own backup.
STATE HOW LONG DOWNLOAD LINKS REMAIN VALID, AND WHETHER YOU WILL RE-SEND A LINK ON REQUEST.
If your download does not work, email YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL with your order reference and we will help.
6. What you may do with what you buy
When you buy a product you receive a licence to use it — you do not own the copyright in it. The full terms of that licence, including what is and is not permitted, are set out in our Digital Product Policy, which forms part of these terms.
In short: the files are for your own use, and you may not redistribute or resell them.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains when you can cancel or get a refund, and how to request one.
Nothing in these terms removes any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
8. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape, copy or republish the site's content except as permitted by law;
- use automated means to place orders or to obtain download links.
We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our products — text, images, layouts, code, logos and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product does not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence described in our Digital Product Policy.
10. Educational purpose and no guaranteed outcome
Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results depend on your own circumstances, knowledge, effort and how you apply the material. We do not guarantee any particular professional, financial, employment, business or income outcome.
Financial and business materials are general educational resources and are not personalised financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice. Consider speaking with a qualified professional about your own situation before acting on anything you read.
11. Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to make our products accurate and useful, and to keep the site available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the content is free of every mistake.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data.
Note: liability clauses are one of the most jurisdiction-sensitive parts of any terms document, and an unreasonable exclusion can simply be unenforceable. This wording needs professional review.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of YOUR COUNTRY / STATE, and the courts of YOUR COUNTRY / STATE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may still have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts of the country where you live.
If something has gone wrong, please email YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL first — most problems are quicker to fix directly.
